In case you missed it, the new park and ride on Willowherb Road in Lyde Green is open for use.
It is designed to be a “park and car share”, “park and cycle” and “park and ride”. There is not currently a Park & Ride service available (this will come once the MetroBus opens) but it has been opened early to help ease congestion during the viaduct works. Extra No. 18 buses will run at peak times.
It is free to park and there are cycle racks available. Bus services 18, 462, 86 and the X48 will stop there.
