On 5th October, we held an event to bring the community together, share ideas and give you a chance to meet and get involved with the LGCA. We ran this event as part of Power to Change’s Community Business Weekend.
We gave you some information about the new Centre, asked you about your thoughts for the Centre and Café, and got some fabulous offers from volunteers.
Thank you to everyone who came along to support us. It was brilliant to see such a good turnout at the event and the discussion tables produced some great ideas that we can’t wait to put into practice!
An extra big thank you to Power to Change who provided support and resources, Dominoes Pizza who donated lots of delicious pizzas for the community, and all the volunteers who helped us make this event happen!
