It’s been a long and busy 2017, but we hope you’ll agree it’s been a successful year! As the year comes to an end, we want to take this opportunity to reflect on all the hard work of our volunteers and on some of our achievements.
LGCA would like to say a big thank you for your support and encouragement, and an extra special Thank You to our volunteers including all our Trustees – without you all, this wouldn’t be possible!
We’re very excited about what 2018 will bring! We’ll be celebrating the long-awaited opening of the Lyde Green Community Centre, hosting our 3rd Annual Summer Sizzler in July, and our 2nd AGM in October! Next December, we also hope to partner with the Friends of Lyde Green Primary School for a Community Christmas event too. Plus there will be lots more in between! We’ll be attending the Lyde Green Partnership meeting in January, so please let us know if there are any residents or local issues you’d like us to raise.

Volunteering in the local community is a great way to learn skills, meet your neighbours, and to give something back. There’s plenty of things to join in with, and we’d love to have you on board.
